Infinity and Beyond Balls


* 4 Tbsp Infinit MUD

* 2 Tbsp crunchy Peanut Butter

* 1 Tbsp LSA

* 1 Tbsp desiccated coconut

* 2 Tbsp dried cranberries

* 2 Tbsp cacao nibs

* 4 Tbsp warm water


Blend ingredients together in a food processor and then mix with spoon.  Refridgerate for 1-2 hours and then take out and form 10 small balls.  Optional: roll the balls in additional coconut.

From the Chef's Mouth, Dietitian Steph Gaskell....."I would have a couple of these balls when wanting a lift (bit of a caffeine effect depending on how many you have) and as a top up snack.  The balls contain some good sources of healthy fats from LSA and flaxseed meal (MUD) and some good quality protein from whey protein isolate (MUD).  You can change the peanut butter to another nut butter, just be mindful if more liquid consistency you may need to add some more protein powder or LSA to it to help with forming balls."
