Sporting Background: I have been swimming for over 20 years, both pool & open water at State and National level. Favourite events: 400m, 800m & 1500m freestyle; achieving National Age & Open Bronze and Silver medals across these distances over several years.Started in short course triathlon in 2013 and then long course in 2016. I've always enjoyed racing back when I was a swimmer and now in Ironman, but what I love is the process of training, it's such a huge part of my life and identity. I've enjoyed coaching over the past few years, helping athletes achieve their goals in training and racing. The goal is to continue to grow and develop as an athlete, coach and person.

I started using the Infinit Nutrition products back in 2020/2021 after years of trialling different brands/mixes and having ongoing gut issues in longer training sessions and races; more so when I started ironman: 70.3 racing at the time.

Now, my favourite Infinit product is the Premium Fuel blend: both 75/90g carbohydrates, 500/1000mg electrolytes and raspberry flavour. I love these blends as I can manipulate the amount depending on the session duration and intensity and also in races depending on the climate.

"When I gave these products a go: my Custom Hydration, the Jet Fuel blend and then the Premium Fuel 75 & 90, I had absolutely no gut issues, each of those products tasted great, even after hours of training or racing and all sat well."
