Owner & Operations Manager

Nathan's whole life runs on one idea: when everything around us flourishes, so do we.

It started on the footy field and basketball court. AFL and basketball gave him performance awards and his fair share of team success, but the real lesson was bigger than any trophy. Nobody wins alone. The best results come when the whole team is fed, backed and pulling in the same direction.

He carried that into 20 years in civil construction and mining, working a range of roles and learning what it takes to perform in tough, unforgiving conditions. He saw how culture makes or breaks a crew, and how the right support helps people show up and give their best every single day.

That's INFINIT. Nathan co-owns the business with his wife Stacy, and together they've continued to build a brand that's about more than what's in the bag. Custom formulations for triathletes, runners, cyclists, swimmers, surf lifesavers, sports teams, motorsports and for people grinding it out in extreme conditions at work. The goal is simple: a brand people are proud to use, that helps them get the best out of themselves. Family, community and good spirit sit at the centre of everything they do.

Away from work, Stacy and their two dogs, Opie and Kevin, are Nathan's world. Most days off are spent at the beach chasing the ball, or on a country getaway soaking up fresh air and serenity. These days keep him grounded, and they're a big part of why he does what he does.

Nathan's still going. Endurance running, triathlon, hybrid training, surfing, and anything that screams adventure. Whatever's on offer, he's in.

Owner & Business Manager

Stacy is Co-owner of INFINIT Nutrition Australia, blending a professional background in sales, operations, quality, and systems with a genuine passion for health, fitness, and performance.  

Her career spans construction, mining and consulting, with deep experience in workplace health and safety, training, quality systems and operational processes. This has shaped her disciplined, continuous-improvement approach to building a business where standards and consistency matter.

At INFINIT, Stacy leads and contributes across innovation, R&D, quality, training and accounts - helping the brand evolve while staying true to what's behind it. She's especially passionate about taking INFINIT's personalised nutrition philosophy, built over 20+ years supporting athletes, into the broader wellness, active-lifestyle and longevity space.

A Holistic Life Coach and Mind-Body Practitioner, Stacy believes true performance comes from supporting the whole person - nutrition, movement, mindset and wellbeing together.

Outside INFINIT, she's happiest strength training, running, or hiking with Nath & their doggos.

Business Development - SPORTING CLUBS AND WORKPLACES

Peter is an experienced Project and Event Director with a passion for sport, community, and developing practical solutions that help companies and organisations achieve their goals. As the founder of Event Alliance International, his global career spans major events, projects, marketing, and business development across corporate and government sectors.

At INFINIT Nutrition Australia, Peter focuses on building strategic relationships with workplaces, corporate organisations, and sporting clubs. He helps clients explore customised fuel, hydration, and recovery solutions tailored to their people, activities, and budgets. Notably, his time working in the remote Pilbara, and later creating and directing the unique Red Dog Relay multisport team event gives him a first-hand understanding of physically challenging environments and volume nutrition requirements.

Peter deeply understands the sporting ecosystem and thrives on driving partnerships, sponsorships, and product development.

Outside INFINIT, he enjoys playing golf, watching sport, and sharing good food and wine with friends.

Business Development - workplaces

Tanya brings a commercially grounded background spanning business development, strategic partnerships, marketing, hospitality, tourism, and customer experience. Having lived and worked across South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia, she is thrilled to base herself on the Sunshine Coast and to be working with a family-owned business focused on premium, custom performance nutrition.

At INFINIT Nutrition Australia, Tanya contributes to growth strategy by building genuine relationships with corporate clients who value a tailored approach to workplace performance and everyday wellbeing. Her methodology is simple: deeply understand an organisation's needs, develop and trial a customised formula, and support ongoing supply alongside user education.

Tanya is passionate about connecting people with wellness solutions that make a meaningful difference.

Outside of INFINIT, she loves immersing herself in nature, spending time with dogs, enjoying world music, and travelling to experience new places and meet new people.

Media, Marketing & Design

Agus brings together a mix of content creation, digital marketing and design to help bring the brand to life across every platform. From social media and email campaigns to packaging and digital content, she works across the brand to keep everything creative, consistent and connected.

With a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for design, Agus loves turning ideas into content that people want to stop, look at and engage with. She works closely with INFINIT’s athletes, ambassadors and wider team to capture the people, stories and experiences that make the brand what it is.

Originally from Argentina, Agus has called Australia home. Outside of work, she loves photography and kitesurfing.

Dispatch & Logistics Lead

Kylie is our hands on dispatch and logistics lead working behind the scenes making sure everything at Infinit AUS runs like clockwork. With a background in food handling, she brings a sharp eye for detail to everything that leaves our warehouse.

Kylie's focus is keeping the whole operation moving smoothly from formulation through to dispatch. When your order arrives exactly when it should, in perfect condition, you can thank Kylie for that.

When she's not keeping the team (and the stock room) in order, you'll find Kylie soaking up time with her family, having fun with her two grandchildren, and planning for their new house build with Dom, her other half and resident triathlon competitor.

Blend Technician

Pat is the creative force behind our custom blends, mixing precision with a genuine love for the craft. Every formula that comes off his bench is built with care, consistency and an eye for quality.

Away from the blending room, Pat is something of a wordsmith, always ready with the perfect turn of phrase. On weekends you'll likely find him, guitar in hand, stringing together a song or two with his daughter or for anyone who will listen.

His mornings are a different story altogether, filled with early training sessions as he builds towards a full distance Ironman in Busselton this year. Between the blends, the ballads and the bike kilometres, Pat brings a rare mix of creativity and discipline to everything he does.

Blend Technician 

Grant is another pillar of our blending powerhouse, bringing precision and consistency to every custom formula that comes off the line. He's also our resident single serve machine master, keeping that side of production running smoothly and to the highest standard.

Passionate about eating clean and living what he believes in, fuelling his own strength training with the same quality he puts into our products.

Outside of work, family is everything to Grant. He loves spending time with his wife, and makes the trip to Melbourne every chance he gets to enjoy life with his kids. Grant brings a steady, dependable approach to the team, the same consistency he demands from every blend that leaves his hands.

Blend Technician & Dispatch

Keegan rounds out our blending team, bringing the same care and consistency to every custom formula that our customers have come to expect. Originally a Kiwi from across the ditch, he made the move to Australia and brought his attention to detail straight into the Infinit family.

Before joining the blend bench, Keegan spent time at Atlas Events in a marketing and event organising role, so he knows a thing or two about pulling off a great show behind the scenes. These days, that same drive shows up on the road, where he's a genuinely fast marathon runner, clocking in at a four something pace, and a solid Hyrox competitor to boot.

Keegan also knows his way around a pair of scissors, running his own chair at a local barber shop in Coolum, just down the road from Infinit HQ. Between the blends, the barbering and the personal bests, Keegan brings a rare mix of hustle and heart to everything he takes on.
