Step 1: Measure Your Sweat Loss

Download the Nix app, pair your Pod, and apply a fresh biosensor to clean, dry skin (upper arm or torso works best).

Start a session before your workout and train as usual.

The Nix system tracks your real-time sweat rate and total fluid loss, giving you objective data on how much you’re actually losing per hour.

Step 2: Fuel During Your Test

Use the included single-serve packets during your sweat test sessions to simulate real-world fuelling while collecting accurate data.
