Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your INFINIT product, within 30 days of receiving your order, we will re-customize the formula at NO CHARGE, and send you a replacement product. All we ask that you return the original product to us. We will process and ship your replacement product within 3 business days of receiving your return.
If you are still not satisfied with the replacement product within 30 days of receiving it, just return the formula and we will provide a full refund of the price of the product purchased (excluding shipping).
How do I return a product?
1. Securely pack and seal the product you would like to return. Please include a note providing the following information regarding the return:
- Your first and last name
- Order Number
- State whether it's a RETURN or EXCHANGE
- The name of the employee with whom you discussed the return (if applicable)
2. Send your return items and the information above to:

When Will My Card Be Refunded?
Once we receive your returned product, we will issue a full refund of the price of the product to the card used to purchase the order.
For security reasons, we do not keep full customer credit card information on file, so in order to issue a refund, you will need to provide the expiration date for the card. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Refunds may take up to 24 hours to process. (Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.)
